To strengthen our team, we are currently in search of a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Manager.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be a creative and strategic thinker with a solid track record in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries, who can build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with stakeholders to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.

Qualifications:
• Minimal B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences or in related fields, along with a business degree, preferably an MBA. Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and execution.
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar BD role in Ag-Tech, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Must have past experience in areas such as strategic planning, negotiations, relationship management, and financial analysis. Should have a good understanding of business strategies and models, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Familiar with the Ag-Tech regulatory landscape including knowledge of the processes for field trials, dossier compilation, approvals and submissions, etc. Familiarity with Intellectual Property processes and requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiations and presentation skills and ability to form fast relationships and close deals within the industry, including with potential partners, customers, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently
